Pointaliciousness can be highly subjective depending on personal food preferences, willingness to sacrifice, willingness to indulge, and potentially a willingness to subject others to your culinary choices. Hopefully, pointalicious foods are loved by both those on and off a diet program. Indeed, pointaliciousness can vary from person to person, day to day; however, generally it consists of a food item, with a Point value that seems to good to be true.
I've lost over 30 pounds on the Weight Watcher's Momentum Program...namely because I've discovered a great deal of pointalcious foods and meals that sustain my desires and hunger pretty easily.
Finding the Point values of food items is generally pretty easy...especially if you've been a member of Weight Watchers for any given amount of time. BUT, for the uninitated every food has a Points value based on a calculation of calories, fat and fiber. Actually, Weight Watchers says it the best.
This blog will explore my pointalicious findings including foods for every mealtime. It will include homemade, store-bought, and restaurants options for virtually any culinary craving.
Stay Tuned...but do not stay hungry.
